Listed below is the check in/ check out procedure for semester exam days (Dec. 18, 19, 20)
next week.
1. Students may check in before the first test of the day. If you check in after 7:55am you must
check in through student services.
2. Students may check out after their last test of the day, but must wait until the period is over.
Students will not be allowed to check out in the middle of a class period. Students must check
out through student services.
3. Students may not check out after a test and then check back in for a second test later that
day.
4. If students want to check themselves out after a semester exam, then they must bring a
signed parent note by Tuesday, December 17th The note must have a working phone number
so we can contact your parent/guardian.
You can bring 1 note that tells the date and time your parent is giving you permission to check
out early for each day Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday. However, you must have a phone
number that we can contact your parent at on the note. If there 's no number you won't have
permission to check out. All notes must be turned into student services.
