ACT Summer Boot Camp will be held at Paragould High School from June 3-7th each day from 8:30 am to 12:45 pm. It is hosted by the PHS gifted and talented department and it is free to all students.
The students will have the opportunity to learn needed skills for the ACT test from each of the 4 areas. We have specialized teachers teaching each subject of English, reading, math, and science for 1 hour sessions daily. We will mix up the schedule this year to incorporate the students that are in drivers ed as well so they have the opportunity to come in the second half as well.
If you are a rising Sophomore who has taken accelerated math and science courses or if you are a rising junior, this is a great opportunity for you to learn some much needed testing skills to get the best score you can to help you get money to pay for your college education.
Snacks will be provided daily and on Friday we will have pizza and prizes for the students who participated. Hope to see you there!
