Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Paragould High School is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

Our website is designed to conform to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines and support compliance with ADA Title II and Title III (as applicable), Section 504, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which require equal access to electronic information for people with disabilities. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

We review the site regularly to maintain conformance with these guidelines.

Some of the measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with ARIA enhancements where appropriate.
  • Keyboard navigation support, including a skip-to-content link.
  • Sufficient color contrast and visible focus indicators.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Responsive layouts that work across devices and zoom levels.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to refine the site over time. Because the site reflects our school's brand and colors, certain visual elements may occasionally affect color contrast. We work to remediate any identified issues promptly, whether surfaced through our audits or user feedback that helps us improve.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or have suggestions for how we can improve, please let us know. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
